Dear Second Grade Families:

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving Break!

Thank you to all of the second grade families for the donations of pears for our last Mass before Thanksgiving. We appreciate it and thank you for your support!

We are asking for the students to try and remember their coats as we are entering the cold season. We try and go outside everyday for recess if the temperature is 32 or above. If a student does not have a coat they will need to stay inside the office while we all go outside. We don’t want to leave any child behind from recess. Thank you for your cooperation.

We will be sending home the Spelling homework on Monday which will be due this Friday with the Spelling test on Friday due to our Thanksgiving Break. We will be focusing on multiplication tables: 2’s; 5’s; 10’s; 3’s and 4’s. Thank you for all of your support on reviewing math facts daily!  Please also continue to review telling time and money with reading and writing practice.
