STM Catholic School teachers are well-trained, professional educators who hold themselves and their students to exacting standards. Collectively our teachers bring a diversity of education, with undergraduate and graduate degrees from across the country, and a broad range of professional and personal experience to the School.
The 18:1 student-to-faculty ratio, and part-time Teaching Assistants in each of the lower grades, allows teachers to get to know each student and gain an understanding of each student's individual struggles, strengths and aspirations. We also have Assistant Principals for both elementary and middle school allowing for more oversight on a specific grade level.
As a testament to our school, many faculty members had their children enrolled or are currently enrolled at STM Catholic School. Many dedicate their time to STM Catholic’s extracurricular activities and are very involved within Archdiocese. Ms. Lucas is currently the President of the Archdiocese Speech Association and Ms. Ryan is the Archdiocese Spelling Bee Coordinator.
STM Catholic School employs 35 full-time faculty, with nearly a quarter of these holding advanced degrees. All teachers have a current state teacher's license.
